Career and Technical Education
Career and Technical Education, more commonly known as CTE, creates Career Clusters for all secondary students by providing them with the technical skills and academic knowledge needed to prepare them for future employment and/or for a successful transition to post-secondary education.  Our CTE program encompasses a variety of disciplines structured to equip students with work and life skills.  The curriculum gives our students the practical experiences they need to succeed through a combination of classroom instruction, hands-on laboratory work, and on-the-job training.  For more information on the CTE program, please contact Dr. Morgen Houchard, Executive Director, at (828) 766-2220.
