Who We Are:
People who want to support the academic needs of students at
Mitchell High School and recognize their achievements.
What We Do: Raise
money and apply for grants to supply resources for the classrooms,
support competitions for the MHS students, and recognize academic
excellence (i.e.; The Academic Letter Program).
How It Works:
Funds received are placed in an account. Teachers submit
requests for assistance with purchases for their classrooms.
These requests are reviewed by administration for availability of
other funds through the school. If no other funding is
available, the request is voted on by Academic Booster Club members.
Votes may be taken at meetings, but the majorities are taken
electronically via email.
What Can You Do?

Mitchell High library.
-
Offer your ideas, verbalize
your concerns, and support our students by getting involved.
-
Volunteer to help.
Mission Statement:
to encourage academic excellence, support academic needs, and
recognize the academic achievements of all students through the
partnership of parents, students, faculty, administration and the
community.
