Important - Read the
instructions below before clicking the link for Local Scholarships.
When you click
the link above, you will be prompted to "Open" or "Save". Choose
"Save" and save the application to your computer or electronic media such
as a flash drive or floppy disk. You should choose "Read Only" when
prompted. Upon completion of the application you should print 1 copy
for each individual scholarship you are applying for. Also print 1
for your records and 1 to turn in. You must attach a transcript to each
application you turn in. The printed applications must be delivered
to Matt Hollifield in the Mitchell High School Media Center on Friday,
March 27, 2009 between the hours of 8:00am and 1:00pm. The financial
portion of the application must be turned in to Matt Hollifield on
Friday, April 17, 2009 between 8:00am and 1:00pm. |
