The Vannoy crew, Senator Ralph Hise, Representative Dudley Greene, Mitchell County Commissioners, MCS School Board members and Central Office staff gathered for a new School Topping Out Celebration meal and tour on November 15th, 2024. The last panel was installed this week and the entire building is dried in. It is stunning to see the progress of the construction in only 3 months. The new school is a beautiful, state-of-the art building and we are excited to move on to the next interior phase. Mitchell Elementary & Middle School will be opening January 2025!!
