IMPORTANT INFO - PLEASE READ IN FULL
Each senior will receive a photo card on the morning of cap & gown portraits that they must bring with them to the photographer. This card will be photographed with the student for our data management, but will also be brought home by seniors after their portraits. Use this card to order cap & gown portraits online - parents, make sure you receive it! If you don't, please contact us at service@tpsphotography.com
Suggested attire is shirt & tie for gentlemen, low-neck shirt or dress for ladies.
Bring your own Cap & Gown (preferred) OR Caps & Gowns can be supplied for you. There are only a few gowns to select from, so sizes are not guaranteed.
The scheduled time is 9 a.m.–12 p.m.; the school will create a portrait schedule. You will be made aware of your appointment time before picture day.
If you have any questions, please email us at service@tpsphotography.com or contact Ms. Ollis!
For those bringing your own cap and gown, please read these important instructions from Jostens:
To care for your cap and gown, immediately hang the gown upon removal from packaging to reduce wrinkles. Use a handheld steamer or hang it in a steamy bathroom to remove creases. Do not use a hot iron or put the gown in a dryer. Spot-clean the cap only, avoiding wetting the mortarboard.
Key Care Instructions:
Wrinkle Removal: Use a cool iron (with a towel barrier) or a steamer to remove wrinkles. You can also hang the gown in a steamy bathroom.
Cleaning: Gently spot-clean the cap if necessary. For the gown, steam cleaning is preferred - do not wash.
Storage: Store the gown on a hanger in a cool, dry place to prevent new wrinkles.
Cap Care: Keep the cap flat, and handle the tassel gently.
